Refund policy



Minimum Purchase

  1. Minimum purchase of S$40 in a single transaction required for delivery, with $10 fee applicable for delivery below $50
  2. Minimum purchase of S$50 in a single transaction for free delivery


Delivery

  1. Please provide us with a lead time of two business days for delivery. For example, if an order is placed on Monday, the delivery will be made on Wednesday
  2. No deliveries available on Sundays and Public Holidays
  3. Please kindly note that our products are perishable, refund and return are not allowed after collection/delivery
  4. For special request of urgent orders and preferred date, please contact us via email (sales@beesim.sg)
